The Children of Yamah

Sat Oct 17, 2009, 6:17 AM
Hi everyone. My first journal ever ...

Here it goes:
In the beginning of 2009 I went out to see the world. That is to say, I went to see a tiny little part of what we call our world.
I went to Yamah, a small town in Northern Ghana. I stayed there for three months working as a volonteer in an orphanage.

When I got back home I thought to myself that maybe the things I have seen, learned and documented with my camera are things worth spreading.

That's why I put together a little book entitled "The Children of Yamah."

I submitted a medium-sized version (about 15MB) to dA. If your bandwidth doesn't allow such a big file or if you want to get an even bigger version with improved quality you can go to the following link and download it there.

Spezielle Fotos! Es gibt diesen typischen Deviantart Style, den viele Fotografen hier haben. Den hast Du nicht. Toll.
